Amateras is a supply chain management consortium created in 2009 by 10 individual companies from different engineering fields to provide integrated manufacturing solutions to the aerospace industry. Along with the acquisition of ISO 9001 and JIS Q 9100 certification as well as Nadcap accreditation, each member has an excellent track record in the production of aerospace components and has established an outstanding reputation among major Japanese aerospace companies.

The group is now drawing considerable attention not only from the domestic market but also from overseas due to its flexibility even in high-mix low-volume production of excellent quality and delivery performance.

Public support has played an important role in the establishment of Amateras. Since the group is an elite assembly of professionals, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government has placed great expectations on the firm and has committed to provide support over three years with technical advice and funding.
